Kaysound Mk 4902 Manual

Kaysound mk 4902 manual Not only does it read the story out loud, it also allows your kaysound mk 4902 manual to record his or her voice and become the narrator.
Here's my assessment of the Kaysound MK-6101 MIDI controller. Please note that I am not a professional musician, but just an interested hobbyist.

Features: 61 full-size velocity-sensitive keys Pitch bend wheel Modulation wheel Transpose and octave shift Program and bank change 6 program memories 3 digit LED display MIDI out socket Sustain socket Line-in with built-in amp and speakers, + headphone (mini) jack. A list of General MIDI instruments, etc, printed on it.
12 digit keypad (0-9 and +, -) Price: $225 Canadian in Toronto - or about $160 - $165 US Build quality - Somewhat flimsy, with the switch for the power and the slider for volume comparable to a lower-end portable cassette player. Keyboard Feel: Mediocre - what do you expect at this price?!? Sounds - None, since it's a MIDI controller only.
Built-in amplifier and speakers - Poor, as expected - Despite being a MIDI controller only, it has a line-in and built-in amplifier which is poor, and equally poor speakers. However, they're just an added bonus which some might like having for use in a pinch. I would rather not have them since it just makes the thing about twice as big as it could be. The amplifier when turned up puts out a fair amount of noise, and speakers are really just like cheaper computer speakers. But then again I don't own computer speakers so maybe I'll use them for that. Instructions: Very bad - one two-sided sheet of paper. My first one had a defective key - not a good sign.
If there is another one that I can get soon for exchange, maybe I'll get it, but that defective key is pretty discouraging. I'll give it the benefit of the doubt for now. Overall assessment. Truly mediocre, but if I had one without a defective key I'd say it's a great deal for the price, considering the next step up is probably about twice as much. By the way, someone mentioned that Fatar's can now be purchased in Mississauga, Ontario, but he couldn't remember at which store. Does anyone know?
Hi mjaynneb, I could be wrong here but I have a number of keyboards and the USB connection is usually for Midi control from software like Cubase and the like. If by recording you mean recording Audio then I think you'll find that it won't be possible using the USB port. Midi is great and I use it a lot. It enables you to arrange music using your computer. Also you can record the music you play on the Keyboard on the computer as Midi. This means that the computer can play back through your arranger what you just played. Bear in mind though that Midi is purely numbers that represent notes, velocities and note duration so is not actually audio.
Technical evaluation criteria. My keyboards have the ability to record to SD card or a Hard Drive, however if this is not a feature of your arranger then probably your best bet for recording audio from it is by using the Audio out ports of your arranger and using a connecting lead to a good low noise sound card on your computer. As you are using a laptop you can find external usb sound cards/interfaces so that should do fine.
Then you could probably use something like Audacity which is free software, to record to a wav file. I hope this helped.

Kind Regards mparkyn Jul 27, 2011. How can i play.bup file in computer? Ok here is the solution!!!!!!!!. we should have a mic pin and audio cable as shown in this pic. connect these cables, and connect big pin to the piano and small pin to the computer (mic or input jack) now take windows movie maker (start-all programs-windows movie maker). Click on narrate timeline (as a mic icon below windows movie maker). Now click start narration on the pc and play your song on the piano.
You can see input level highlights. Now your song is recording. When your song completes click stop narration and save to the pc.
Walah if you can't understand this say to me. I can add video. Sry for my worst english Jan 13, 2010. I'm not at home right now where all my manuals are so I'll try to explain with out. You will have to set it so that the keyboard is the slave device.

Try setting it to Omni receive. It has to be able to listen for all midi channels at once. You have to write a sequence on your computer and hook it to your keyboard by using midi out on the computer to midi in on the keyboard in order for you to use the computer as a controller. If you need the keyboard to create the sequences then you have to hook the midi send on the keyboard to the midi in on the computer play/enter your notes into individual tracks in your software then assign channels, voices etc to each track and save the sequence.
Then when you hook it up the other way the sequence will play just like an audio recording except the sound w2on't be there. What you have recorded by creating a sequence is a series of midi messages that the keyboard will receive if you have it set properly and hooked up ptroperly which it will translate into sound.
This is a minimalist explanation at best. You will have to have a better understanding of not only your keyboard but also your software and midi in general. There are some pretty amazing things you can do with midi. For instance if you have a lighting controller that is midi capable you can i,mbed all the lighting scene changes for your song in order on one track.
You can also control your guitar effects pedal to change effects automatically while your playing. Once you get a handle on it you are only limited by your imagination and your budget.
Hope this helps in some way. Jun 01, 2009.
