Arcserve Backup R16 Crack
I just installed 16.5 on a Windows 2012 server on my LAN. Program to draw a room diagram. I was pumped. New LTO 6 drive upgrade replacing 2 VXA Tandberg packetloader 320s. They were good devices while they lasted but data growth out ranthem. This will likley needot be another topic, but I wanted toask you if you had any issues with Preferred Share backups? I have several Windows 2003 and Windows 2008 shares that I backup with no trouble in ArcServe 16.0. However 16.5 sometimes the preferred shares pass te Preflight Check.

Sometimes they dont. Sometimes they baclup. Sometimes they dont.
The shares can pass PFC then I run another PFC back to back and ones that just passed.fail. I can't put 16.5 in fll production until this is resolved. I've been on the phone and support chat with CA for a few days now and they have logged my ticket as a Defect. Not sure if you have had this issue. Also word of warning to those planning to roll out 16.5 soon. I'd wait for a few system fixes first.
