Rated 2 out of 5 by maddad from Pretty, but came with defects My windows were installed today.
I ordered 5 windows and three of them have defects to the locking devises that need additional attention from Milgard. I waited six weeks from purchase to install and I was told that the product would be inspected prior to releasing it for installation.
I have other milgard product throughout my house, and that came with no factory defects and has worked beautifully for the last several years. It is disappointing to receive new product that is defective from day 1. As for the look, they are beautiful windows and will be a nice addition to our home.
